United Cerebral Palsy of the Inland Empire was founded in 1985. Our mission is to advance the independence, productivity and full citizenship of people with disabilities.
Our programs and services are offered at no cost to families that are qualified through the Inland Regional Center. We receive partial funding through the Inland Regional Center. The remainder comes from fundraising events held throughout the year, along with generous individual contributions and community grants.

Skillbuilders after school programs are designed to help teens with special needs who are between the ages of 8 and 18 fully integrate into the communities which they are a part of. These programs are based in community accessible sites. The teens in this program are guided by a well trained "recreation coach" who specializes in working with youths with special needs.

United Cerebral Palsy In-Home Respite Care provides support to your family, which will enhance the growth and development of your special needs family member.
In home Respite Care is a service offered to individuals with disabilities throughout the Inland Empire. United Cerebral Palsy sends a qualified, pre-screened Respite Caregiver to homes to care for special needs individuals. Caregivers are certified in CPR & First Aid. Ongoing specialized training is provided. This service allows usual care givers an opportunity to take a much needed rest or attend to other tasks, knowing that their loved one is well cared for.
